We would like to take this opportunity to express a few thoughts regarding Bel Aire Assisted Living in Orem. We think they are amazing! Our dad recently passed away after having lived there for the past six years. For the first two years of his stay, our mom was also a resident at Bel Aire.
We could not have been more pleased with the facilities, the programs and especially the people at Bel Aire. Our parents totally loved it there and we loved it as well! The management of Bel Aire is very conscientious about only hiring employees who will be patient, caring and supportive.
The atmosphere at Bel Aire is very home-like and comfortable. The meals are carefully prepared and are always very good. Medications are administered on time and in a patient manner. Most of all, we loved the fact that the employees took the time and effort to interact with the residents – to get to know them and to appreciate their backgrounds and explore their interests. We always felt welcome when we visited and the employees went out of their way to get to know us as well.
The staff at Bel Aire works hard to provide an interesting, fun and varied activity program that the residents enjoy. Church services are provided on Sunday by loving and caring church leaders who try their best to be helpful and spiritually supportive of the residents regardless of their varying religious backgrounds. Family night on Monday evenings is always fun and a variety of guests are welcomed in to share their talents and interests. Activities around holidays and in the summer are always highlights.
We have dropped in at Bel Aire at almost all hours of the day and on any day of the week and we have never caught them at a bad moment. We have always been greeted cheerfully. The on duty staff have always responded to our needs in a professional, upbeat way and friendly way.
We would recommend Bel Aire Assisted Living enthusiastically to anyone who is looking for a terrific place in which their loved ones will find love and support during a challenging period of their lives. We have felt that allowing our parents to reside there was one of the best decisions we ever made!
