A Story of a man that loved to serve others and wanted to make a loving home for all.

Our Story

Steve Sabins founded Bel Aire assisted living facilities in Utah in 1998 because of his desire to provide a home like, loving care environment for seniors that are no-longer able to care for themselves. Bel Aire Senior Living’s first building was built in Orem, Utah. Then in 2003 it expanded to another building and the  American Fork building came to be.

What drives Bel Aire Senior Living is the fact we create a home for your loved ones and from day one it will always be personal for you. We’ve woven a strong spirit of giving and serving into the fabric of Bel Aire Senior Living. This spirit is grounded in Steve Sabins’s own, personal faith and values. We continually open our hearts and minds to ways in which we can further enhance the lives of our residents, through prayer and continuous service.

  • To honor God in all we do
  • To treat each other with dignity and respect
  • To encourage growth in ourselves and others
  • To build value in our service to others

We live and strive to instill our values in everything we do, from greeting our residents, to caring for them each individually and making a home for them. Our team is dedicated to make Bel Aire Senior Living the best it possibly can be.
