CNAs assist residents with activities of daily living including but not limited to: -bathing -toileting -oral hygiene -dressing -transfers -medication distribution -laundry, and -assisting residents to facility activities and meals.
Must be certified: CNA, CPR, First Aid, Food Handlers Permit. Applicants must understand and speak English to communicate with fellow employees, residents, and to be able to follow written instructions.
Part-time, evening Cook, Monday to Friday, at Bel Aire Senior Living in American fork, UT. We provide excellence in Assisted Living Services, Alzheimer’s & Memory Care, Long-Term Care & Respite Care in Utah County.
Part-time evening shift. Prepare and serve well-balanced meals for up to 55 residents at an assisted living community. Prepare meals according to detailed recipes, following company procedures and in accordance with Utah Health Department regulations. Applicant must be able to read and speak English well; present food in a pleasing and colorful manner; work with other employees to serve residents; daily interaction with residents to assess meal satisfaction; clean food preparation areas after meals; follow established charting and reporting procedures; meet with food service manager as requested for on-going training and in-service; take pride in presenting nutritious meals and maintaining a well organized and clean kitchen; be a team player.
1-2 years of experience. Detailed description of responsibilities will be reviewed with candidates during first interview.
This position is centered on assisting the cooking staff including monitoring the dining room for needed items during food service, bussing tables, cleaning dining areas and tables, dish washing, and general kitchen cleaning at the end of the shift. We have 2 positions available: a full-time, daytime position Monday-Friday; and a weekend part-time position.
