Provo City Temple Volunteers  We have been given a great opportunity to provide service for the Provo City Temple open house. Those who wish to volunteer are given boxes of shoe covers to be pulled apart and put in to large bags. This helps at the open house to get each visitors shoes covered in a quick manor. We have had so much fun and enjoy being able to take part in this momentous event. We will continue to provide service as long as the open house is going on.

We Love Our Volunteers!! Volunteers are not paid - not because we are worthless, but because we are priceless. The Bel Aire Senior Living in American Fork has amazing residents that love to volunteer.

A Positive Habit March is Optimism Month. Celebrate by writing down one thing you are thankful for at the end of each day. Keep up this habit for the rest of the year to help maintain a positive outlook.

The Amazing Brain With its billions of cells and trillions of connections, the brain is the most complex organ in the human body. Here are some mind blowing facts about how it works. The brain weighs about 3 pounds, and 73 percent of it is water. Although it represents just 2 percent of total body weight, the brain uses 20 percent of the body’s oxygen to complete tasks. The average brain has 100 billion neurons that communicate messages to each other throughout the nervous system. It processes information at a speed of 260 mph. Even during sleep, the brain continues to work, processing information, creating memories, and clearing out toxins.

Chinese New Year We celebrated it by playing games and eating yummy Chinese food!!!

Try Some I have never seen this before. It’s a gumball machine. We used to put a penny in for a penny candy. It had different colors. It had a prize in it. There were nuts in them like peanuts. I like cashews. I would have loved hot nuts when I was 10. I used to dance and the Bea shop on Main St., they had candy machines. You put things in it and take things out. Things to eat. You have to put 5 cents in and get sweet things out. I think I was a little girl and put 5 cents in and got something good out. Try Some.
