Come Celebrate National Assisted Living Week!

This week is National Assisted Living Week! We are so excited for all we have planned with our residents. National Assisted Living week provides a unique opportunity for residents, families, staff, volunteers, and the surrounding community to come together to share with our residents a variety of events and activities that show them how much we care for them. ​​​​​

This years theme for this week is “Nourishing Life: Mind, Body, Spirit.”

Some of the activities that the Assisted Living residents are going to be involved in include:

Monday, September 14th at 7:00- Grandparents Day Celebration with games, crafts and treats!

Tuesday, September 15th at 10:30- Walking Group to nourish your body through walking.

Wednesday, September 16th at 3:00- Nourishing the body with a fun taste buds contest!

Later that night at 6:00- Under the moon dinner and music with Road Trip Band.

Thursday, September 17th at 3:00- Nourishing the Spirit with a Stand Up Comedy hour with Larry Mohlerll.

Friday, September 18th at 6:00- Nourishing our team, residents and their families with a Carnival!

Some of the activities that the Memory Care residents are going to be involved in include:

Monday, September 14th at 7:00- Magic Show for Grandparents Day

Tuesday, September 15th at 2:30- Nourishing the body with Fruit and Veggie Plates Tasting

Wednesday, September 16th at 1:00- Nourishing the Spirit Yoga

Later that day at 2:30- Nourishing the body with Chocolate Tasting

Later that night at 6:00- Nourishing the Spirit with a Singing Performance

Thursday, September 17th at 2:30- Bread and Cheese Tasting

Later that day at 3:00- Stand Up Comedy

Friday, September 18th at 10:30- Exercise Bowling Magazine

Later that night at 6:00- Nourishing our team, residents and their families with a Carnival!
